Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times typically range from:

  • 5–14 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.


Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on your location and order details

  • Non-refundable, except in cases of shipping errors caused by us


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Miracle of Threads is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing


Order Tracking

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • Miracle of Threads is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Re-shipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address

Damaged Orders

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution if the damage is confirmed to be our responsibility.
