At Miracle of Threads, all jewelry pieces are handmade and created based on each order. Because of the nature of handcrafted and made-to-order products, we follow a strict no-return policy, except in cases of error on our side.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Size preference
- Color or design preference
- Incorrect selection made by the customer
Each piece is handmade specifically for you, which means it cannot be resold or reused.
Exceptions – Our Responsibility
We will only accept a return, replacement, or refund if:
- You receive the wrong item
- The item arrives damaged due to a production or shipping error
- There is a clear defect caused by us
In these cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Report an Issue
To report a problem, please contact us through our Contact page and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Resolution Options
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we may offer:
- A replacement of the same item
- A repair (when applicable)
- A refund to the original payment method
The resolution method will depend on the nature of the issue.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake, any return shipping costs will be covered by us
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after placing your order — cancellation is only possible if work has not begun.
Handmade Disclaimer
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry:
- Minor variations in pattern, color tone, or bead placement are normal
- These variations are not considered defects
